Position Overview:
EcoSols Project Managers (PM) over see activities encompassing a full range of responsibilities. PMs are integral from first contact with a potential customer through installation and commissioning of RE systems. PMs demonstrate having solid hands-on installation experience and thorough knowledge of pertinent codes and best practices. PMs enjoy the challenge of learning and evolving with the company as the company evolves to enhance its operations and services to the community. PMs have a core interest in helping the company serve its customers by demonstrating a commitment to professionalism, quality, integrity, and teamwork. PMs strive to enhance personal knowledge and skills, as well as improving the knowledge and skills of those who they supervise. PMs enjoy both field work and office work, and they easily navigate and adapt to different circumstances.
Qualifications:
Fundamental Preferences:
- Current or pending NABCEP certification.
- 2 years of verifiable installation experience.
- Verifiable work history demonstrating a history of professionalism, quality, integrity, and team-work.
- Desire to advance ones personal career and knowledge as required to meet evolving market and/or company needs.
- Verifiable training experience and certification.

Compensation: Salary:$20-$25/hr
