Description

SUNSTALL is a California corporation that offers extensive knowledge in installing solar projects and is experienced in the execution, management, and coordination of construction.

Responsibilities:

Candidates will be responsible for geotechnical engineering analyses (site and soil characterization, modeling, slope stability, seepage, settlement, earthquake and liquefaction, grading and earthwork, ground improvement, earth retention, foundation), conducting and coordinating field investigations and design.

Responsibilities also include large-scale project management including developing and managing task budgets and schedules, preparing technical memos, reports, and presentations, and development of construction drawings, project schedules, and providing construction support and review.

Candidates can expect to work closely with other staff in the preparation of project proposals and other business development efforts.

Qualifications:

Minimum BS in civil engineering with geotechnical emphasis. 5+ years professional experience in Civil and Geotechnical engineering

Candidates must be a registered CA Professional Engineer, registered Geotechnical Engineer a strong plus.

Strong analytical skills, computer problem-solving, field investigations, and development of successful client relations. The ability to gather information from a wide variety of sources (e.g. field investigations, document reviews, and interviews), and convey technical conclusions to individuals in engineering, business, and industry.
