Description
Upsolar is a leading international developer and producer of high quality solar photovoltaic (PV) modules at competitive prices.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently meeting or exceeding Southwest/South sales quota
- Identify, develop and generate revenue from new and existing commercial partners and channels
- Joint marketing activities with partners to educate, as well as successfully sell Upsolar products
- Establish a working channels network in assigned territories
- Provide relevant market information and knowledge to corporate management
Qualifications:
Experience:
The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, a self-starter. This candidate must be able to work independently, be result-oriented, and have a proven track record of success in a sale that is in Clean-Tech or PV business. Prior experience working in a small company or opening in a new market is also advantageous.
Skills:
- More than 2 years of solution selling, preferably in PV or related Hi-Tech is a plus.
- More than 4 years of proven sales track record in meeting or exceeding sales quota is a must.
- Combined technical and commercial orientation is an advantage
- Results driven, personal accountability, high energy, passionate about PV
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and a CRM system such as Salesforce.com
