Description
The Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance, a nonprofit environmental organization at the gateway to Grand Teton National Park, seeks a passionate and skilled Development Director to lead the organization's fundraising and membership development efforts. With 2,000 members and an annual budget approaching $700,000, the Alliance is in its 4th successful decade of inspiring people to maintain harmony between human activities and the area's irreplaceable wildlife, scenic and other natural resources.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include design and implementation of development functions, including: major gifts, foundation grants, event planning, annual campaigns, direct mail, planned giving and database maintenance and reporting.
Qualifications:
Must have outstanding writing skills, attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with staff, board, volunteer committees and a broad range of donors.
Compensation: Salary & benefits DOE/competitive with similar-sized organizations in the region.
