Spectrum Homes Solar is a young company that's seeking a highly motivated but yet HUMBLE person who wants to help our company grow to one of the top in our industry. This job has large growth potential and could be very rewarding for the right Individual.
Responsibilities:
- To generate sales leads and follow up on office inquiry calls.
- Produce sales orders by educating and convincing customers on the financial, technical and environmental benefits of going solar.
- Networking within the communities by attending events such as local festivals and business networking groups.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience. (Preferably in solar but not mandatory)
- Ability to learn a technical product and effectively educate the public about solar electricity.
- Ability to work under stress and still meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks.
- Strongly creative and enthusiastic.
- Must be physically able to set up and climb Ladders as well as being comfortable with heights and walking around on roofs.
- Must have a clean criminal record, Clean Driving record and a clean reliable vehicle.
Compensation: A substantial commission package designed to encourage high performers not containing a ceiling to earning potential. Bonuses for top earners; profit sharing to those in management positions.
