We are a western Pennsylvania renewable energy service provider seeking an electrician to join our growing team.
Founded in 2007, Vox Energy Solutions has a long history in western Pennsylvania. With over 35 years in construction, we understand western PA's climate, environment and architecture. We have assembled one of western Pennsylvania's most experienced teams in the alternative energy field.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an electrician who will learn the renewable energy business. As a candidate with a thorough understanding of electricity, the electrician will be responsible for assisting the salespeople with assessing the electrical aspects of the initial consultation with the customer and helping to assess job costs and installation requirements. The electrician will then design the solar, wind or solar thermal system and follow the project through by working with a crew on the installation, scheduling the inspection and following up with any troubleshooting issues. The electrician is a key member of the team.
Qualifications:
We are a seeking a candidate who has a strong electrical background. Basic knowledge of renewable energy systems and concepts a plus. Entry-level NABCEP certfication preferrable but not required. Strong computer skills required as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation: Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000. Benefits: Health care plan, PTO, paid holidays, direct deposit, weekly payroll.
