Our candidates and employers work in these areas: mobile hydraulics, industrial hydraulics and pneumatics, robotics, motion control, power transmission, bearings, and fluid sealing. Typically, they are selling, designing or manufacturing components and systems comprised of pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, manifolds, seals, hose and fittings, or filtration.

Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling hydraulic components and system solutions, especially in the renewable energy industry
- Analyzing the renewable energy business in North America and identifying new potentials
- Creating a successful renewable energy network in North America
- Providing adequate growth in the assigned territory and with the assigned accounts
- Managing all potential accounts through direct sales
- Developing sales strategies within the assigned territory/ for assigned accounts
- Developing annual sales budgets and expense budgets
- Analyzing needs for after sales activities
- Analyzing technical requirements and work out customer specific solutions
Qualifications:
Knowledge, skills, experiences:
- 5+ years sales experience
- Experience of the renewable energy business (esp. solar business)
- Fluid Power certified or equivalent education and work experience
- Engineering degree or other adequate education
- Confident behavior in customer relations
- Read and understand hydraulic circuitry
- Effective communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Good problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Competence to analyze after sales service needs
- Great networking skills
- Understanding of contact management computer programs
- Basic computer skills and MS Office package

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 (Yearly Salary)
