Position Overview:
Take charge of administration and portfolio management of growing portfolio of §45 (production tax credit), §48 (investment tax credit) and §42 (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) transactions; Develop robust performance reporting and monitoring system; Orchestrate and support tax and internal credit reporting for portfolio; Support due diligence for new tax credit investments; Analyze financial and accounting data to help in the decision-making process, including calculating IRR, ROC, ROA; Support pricing models, financial models and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in financial services industry, including experience in renewable energy tax credit investments [and/or Section 42 LIHTC portfolio management]; Understanding of tax and accounting for tax credit investments; Financial analysis skills; Advanced Excel skills; Strong desire to make an impact; Attention to detail, team player; Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance or business.
Compensation: $67,000.00 - $100,000.00 (Yearly Salary)
