Responsibilities:
- Help with PV system design
- Help with PV system Bill of Materials
- Help source and purchase components for PV systems
- Source and work with contract PV systems, electrical, structural and mechanical engineers
- Generate quotes for the sales team based on CentroSolar standard practices
- Be familiar with and knowledgeable on local codes as they apply to photovoltaic's
- Advise and work with CentroSolar engineering and management teams on local codes as they apply to photovoltaic's
- Coordinate logistics so that customer orders are fulfilled completely and on time
- Be familiar and knowledgeable with CentroSolar standard accounting and operating procedures and apply those procedures to the operation
- Help produce, coordinate and present Partner training and presentations
- Help prepare and delivery, along with the sales team, sales presentations
- Work with sales and engineering to advise customers of special design considerations, special order items and price changes
- Ensure smooth order flow from Sales to Order Admin
- Establish and implement performance measures designed to track and report progress against the sales strategy.
- Establish appropriate performance measures of sales management, account executives and sales support staff for tracking progress of specific plans and programs already in-place (e.g. Named accounts, account planning, sales pipeline and forecasts).
- Conduct periodic operations reviews to cascade the strategy and ensure compliance.
- Identify the key levers of account and sales performance for inclusion in reports distributed to sales management and senior management.
- Ensure consistency of reporting among the regions.
- Establish and build the capabilities of the operations team to ensure consistency in procedures, reporting and implementation.
- Build reporting capability to show pipeline performance and sales cycle dynamics by various product groupings.
- Ensure that pipeline supports sales booking forecasts. Identify performance standards.
- Build organizational capability to serve as communication vehicle between broader sales organization and sales management.
- Ensure communication is consistent and constant on what is working and what is not.
- Report against effectiveness of leads.
- Build a database to ensure consistency of information contained in proposals.
- Refine Pipeline Management and Forecasting Methodologies Lead Budget Development, Quota and Territory Initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years post college experience
- Engineering degree helpful
- In depth understanding of Operations and sales experience
- Operations Management experience
- Inventory, Purchasing and Order Flow systems experience
- Participation in Strategy development & execution
- Understanding and experience in project management methodology
- Background of introducing performance metrics and improvement programs
- Ability to build and implement strategic and tactical measurement system
- P&L experience
- Global sales comprehension
- Solar experience very helpful
