Description

The Graduation Pledge Alliance (GPA) is overhauling itself based on lean enterprise principles developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Lean Advancement Initiative. The goal: move from offering a pledge to offering an entire leadership and mentorship experience in social and environmental responsibility extending beyond graduation.

Position Overview:

The enterprise architect will work directly with GPA's executive director and executive committee to develop and assess revised metrics, business processes (including IT-related processes), strategic objectives, and stakeholder values. The enterprise architect will also interact with leadership of GPA campus chapters to assemble pilot programs. The architect's work will directly inform and guide the overhaul of the GPA.

Qualifications:

A background in business process development is required; a background in lean enterprise principles is preferred. Strong communication skills are a must. This position can be performed from a remote location, so a strong ability to work independently is also a must.

To Apply:

Please send a resume and writing sample to Tim Rairdon.
