We are looking for a Solar Sales Professional to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales of residential and small commercial solar electric systems
- Closing deals and signing contracts
- Exceeding sales quotas
- Conducting site evaluations for potential customers, Rough system design
- Estimating cost and pricing systems
- Analysis of customers' current and projected electrical usage, and financial return on investment
- Negotiating contracts
- Communicating with project manager regarding system design
- Logging all communications with customers for internal resolution
Qualifications:
- Strong math and computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in technical sales
- Understanding of general construction
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and experience
- 4 year college degree
Desired Skill-Set (Wish-List):
- Understanding of electricity and electrical contracting
- Experience with grid-tied solar electric installation, design, or sales
- Experience with consultative selling
- 4 year college degree
