Business Development Manager

Based in Herefordshire, Caplor Energy is a rapidly developing renewable energy installation firm, operating in the microgeneration sector.

PositionOverview: 

The successful candidate will be instrumental to the growth of this forward-thinking company. His/her main objective will be to plan and drive forward the business' development, enabling it to capitalise on exciting opportunities ahead.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and monitoring business plan projections and strategy.
• Developing and delivering upon sales strategy and targets. 
• Preparing and implementing company financial budgets.
• Identifying and securing new market opportunities.
• Identifying, developing and nurturing external partnerships and linkages.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring a successful PR strategy.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing business development plan at strategic level.
• Proven experience of meeting challenging sales targets
• Experience of preparing company financial budgets
• Commitment to the environment and renewables.

Compensation: £30k with bonus. Potential for promotion to Director, with offer of an equity share.

Location: Fownhope, Herefordshire, HR1 4PT.
