Customer Relationship Manager

Position Overview: 

Balcones Resources, an environmental services company, is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to work within their business development and customer service departments in their Dallas office.

Responsibilities: 

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for environmental reports/analysis, account profitability reports, market research, qualifying new customers, customer service, data entry/analysis, management of subcontractors, and various other admin and sales related support activities.

You must be able to work in an independent environment and take on a variety of projects.

Qualifications:

Required: 

• College Degree from a 4 year accredited institution
• 5 years experience in customer service, account management, business development, commercial property management, sales and/or marketing
• Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Power Point, Excel
• Familiar with CRM systems/databases
• Effective communicator
• Experience with reporting, analysis, research
• Interest in environmental services

Preferred:

• Experience in an environmental service
• Familiarity with the recycling and/or document destruction industry
• Bilingual - Spanish
• Knowledge of ROM, ACT!, and/or EZShred software
