Agriculture Teacher

The Marion School District is located within 45 miles of Wausau, Green Bay, Appleton and Stevens Point. The District currently has an enrollment of about 565 students.

Position Overview:

Full time Agriculture teaching position starting the 2010-2011 school year. This primarily involves teaching Food Science, Plant Science, Landscaping, Natural Resources and Critter Care. May include some instruction in additional content areas 

Qualifications: 

• It is an expectation of the Marion School District that the qualified applicant be a strong educational leader.
• This includes having a thorough understanding of current and future educational practices along with the ability to focus students, staff and the community on the educational goals of the school district.
• Along with a commitment to the District, other types of skills needed include excellent communciation skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills. 
• WI teaching license required-need to be certified in Agriculture.

Compensation:  Salary/Pay Range based on experience.
