GreenSewn is an eco fashion design company that creates unique eco-chic one of a kind scarves by recycling old vintage saris. If you don't know what a sari is, it's a long (usually 15 feet or more) garment worn by women in India. Our recycled vintage sari scarves are colorful, intricately patterned, and sometimes have intricate gold "zari" work hand woven into the borders. We collect the softest and prettiest old saris and lovingly recycle them into luxurious, authentic, ultra limited edition and gloriously colorful green fashion creations that are both sexy and sustainable.

Position Overview:

Sideline Sales Rep or reps for GreenSewn eco-friendly scarves, wraps, and (coming soon) bags. Our unique line of sustainably styled scarves and wraps is made from upcycled vintage silk saris and is perfect for clothing retailers, shoe and accessory stores, spa's, yoga studios, gift shops, natural food stores, catalogs, retail and e-tail.

Territory is New York and mid-Atlantic states. You should preferably have a complementary non-competing line, have experience, and strong contacts among independent and multi unit retailers.

Qualifications:

Strong sales skills and an interest in eco-friendly green products.
