Position Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual to work directly with the executive team in order to provide financial reporting as well as cash forecasting and budgeting analyses. LivingHomes is a high-growth startup environment so the successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced work atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll administration
- Customer invoices
- Expense Reports
- Month-end analysis, including cash flow, budget, assumptions and staff and job profitability
- General Ledger analysis
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of accounting experience showing progressively increasing levels of responsibility in an accounting environmental.
- 2 or 4-year degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.
Other Requirements:
- Experience at an architecture or design form or home builder a huge plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision, self-directed, resourceful, and goal oriented.
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
- Comfort with a start-up environment.
