The Washington, DC office of HOK is seeking a candidate to participate on team of sustainable design consultants at our firm.

Responsibilities:
Position includes consulting with multiple internal design teams on LEED and sustainable projects; assisting clients, engineers and contractors with sustainable design implementation; consulting for external clients on building and non-building projects and collaborating on firmwide sustainable design and consulting projects.
Projects will include LEED-NC, LEED-EBOM, LEED-CI and LEED-H. Projects will also include development of sustainable design and operations guidelines, policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications include: LEED AP, writing skills, basic computer skills; comprehensive knowledge of sustainable design materials, methods and implementation; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications include: Degree in architecture, building-related engineering, or construction; experience with LEED-NC, LEED-EBOM, LEED-CI, LEED-H, LEED-ND, LEED-Schools; Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and Ecotect.
