Position Overview:
The International Marketing Manager, who will be located in the Irvine, CA USA office, is responsible for the overall execution of marketing activities for meeco AG and evaluating markets and supporting the company's sales channels in North and South America.
Responsibilities:
- Determine the marketing communication needs of each Country office and recommend marketing and sales tools that address those needs.
- Create, using both in-house and outside resources, marketing and sales tools to support meeco AG's worldwide sales organization.
- Collect and analyze information on North and South American markets to determine the potential demand for meeco AG products and services within various market segments.
- Collect and analyze information on competitors to determine meeco AG's relative position in each attractive market segment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in either marketing or engineering
- Master's Degree in marketing preferred
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Working knowledge of German and French preferred
Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in the field of renewable energy.
- 2-3 years experience working with technical products.
- 2-3 years experience working with employees, channels, or customers in Europe or South America.
Attributes:
- Highly organized and very effective time management skills
- Very knowledgeable of Apple computers, computer networking, and office/publishing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Equally strong listening skills
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 per year
