Position Overview:
Wiley Electronics is seeking to fill the position of Production Coordinator at their headquarters in Saugerties, New York. Qualified candidate will possess expertise in account and production management. There is an opportunity for the position to grow into overall office management.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include detailed tracking of materials utilizing Quickbooks Manufacturing 2007; processing daily and weekly reports utilizing Microsoft Office software; daily phone and email communication with vendors regarding purchasing and delivery dates; evaluating and coordinating shipments with vendors.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have the ability to multitask and communicate with vendors and customers kindly and effectively. Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus.
