Aarcher, Inc. is currently seeking enthusiastic members for our compliance assistance team. The position is based in our Englewood, Colorado offices. Aarcher is a multi-disciplinary environmental consulting firm supporting both private and government clients nationwide. We maintain an active environmental health and safety (EH&S) regulatory compliance assistance program dedicated to providing comprehensive support to our Federal and private clients.
Position Overview:
Successful candidates will join our regulatory compliance assessment team performing EH&S compliance assessments/audits nationwide, conducting technical research, preparing detailed reports, presentations, and guidance. The position is dynamic and responsibilities include extensive travel to client locations (up to 50% of billable time), performing facility compliance audits, researching and analyzing applicable environmental and safety requirements, and providing additional compliance assistance support to Aarcher clients.
Field work may include physical activity, such as, hiking uneven terrain, lifting, and kneeling; candidates must be able to tolerate air travel and long car trips on challenging roads.
Qualifications:
Minimum Positions Requirements:
- BS/BA in Environmental Science/Engineering, Occupational Safety/Industrial Hygiene, Biology, or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with an EH&S consulting firm
- CHMM certification and ISO 14001 experience a plus
- Analytical and self-reliant approach to problem solving
- Ability to analyze and understand EH&S regulations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance, speech, etc. „X Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Computer literacy a must; proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
