Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be expected to provide a high level of expertise in the management of multiple projects. In addition to managing projects, this individual would expected to prepare proposals and cost estimates to current and prospective clients, schedule tasks of other team members, and assist in the professional development of junior staff.
Qualifications:
Requires BS in Ecology, Wildlife Biology, Environmental Science, or Forestry. MS is desirable. Candidate should have no less than 7 years of proven experience providing project management services within the areas of Wetland Ecology & Delineation, Section 404 Permitting, Mitigation Planning, Habitat Assessment and Characterization, Wildlife Ecology, Endangered Species, Habitat Restoration, and NEPA Documentation.
Candidate must be physically able to perform field work in all seasons for extended periods often over multiple days. Some overnight travel is expected. Functional skills in ArcGIS 9.x are desirable.
