Position Overview:
Develop and implement resource conservation programs for the Microsoft Account.? Monitor and report resource use at each facility.?
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of Resource Conservation Management plans; identifying short term/?long term goals.?
- Monitor resource use and provide timely feedback to operation.?
- Prepare monthly /? quarterly /? annual consumption reports that include an assessment of conservation savings.?
- Establish/?maintain an accounting database utilizing software provide by the local utility company.?
- Develop and promote a strong resource conservation ethic within our client, GEMS personnel and vendors through newsletters, presentations and workshops.?
- Work with operational teams to identify conservation opportunities.?
- Interact with Puget Sound Energy (PSE).?
- Provide lead responsibility for all energy-related matters.?
Other Job Functions:
- Leadership role in the development of the annual Utility budgets.?
- Review daily bill consolidation and approving invoices.?
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields.?
- Demonstrated experience in energy conservation programs is preferred.?
- Experience in coordinating and conducting training/?workshops.?
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, flexibility, and creativity.?
- Possess computer and computational skills.?
