Description

Carbon Clear, a world leading carbon management company, is establishing operations in Austin, Texas, and is looking for a highly motivated individual who is ready to hit the ground running, and identify and convert new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- identify and cold-call prospective clients
- present company service offerings to clients
- cultivate and maintain client relationships to understand their needs
- provide marketing input for company promotional materials and service packaging
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:
- have an established network in the Austin/Texas/wider Southwestern region
- have a proven track record of generating sales (preferably for a service company)
- demonstrate the ability to work and influence at the executive level and close deals with medium and large (Fortune 500 sized) companies
- possess excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
- have a commitment to the ethical practices and values of the business
- possess minimum education of a 4-year college degree
- be a highly motivated, goal-driven team player
Compensation: The business development manager will be compensated with a base salary and highly competitive commission rates.
