Responsibilities: 

• Establish and maintain a site selection database
• Create process documents
• Negotiate with consultants and development subcontractors
• Assist with acquisition of options, leases and easements with landowners
• Follow the subcontractors activities
• Follow the project environmental and permitting activities.
