Position Overview:

EnerNOC has an immediate opening for an Assistant Energy Procurement Services (EPS) Analyst.  The Assistant EPS Analyst supports the EPS account management team with all aspects of client management and tracking and with improving and standardizing EPS business processes. This position reports to the Energy Procurement Services Analyst.

Responsibilities:

Procurement Management & Execution:

  • Maintains and updates client account tracking using in-house Excel and internal customer relations system (eCRM).
  • Obtains account data and converts to proper format; uploads to internal data base.
  • Assists with preparing and distributing Request for Proposals and Supplier Offer Summary.
  • Uses budget model to update customer energy budgets
  • Assists with performing other client analysis as required.
  • Performs routine client and supplier follow up.
  • Schedules meetings and events and performs general administrative duties for the account management team.

Customer Relations:

  • Assists with customer communications regarding energy products, markets, regulations, and competitor offerings.

Internal Relations:

  • Uses EnerNOC's eCRM data base for all company activities.
  • Assists with documenting business processes and standardizing account management processes.
  • Tailors daily activities to meet monthly and annual goals.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of EnerNOC products/services.
  • Adheres to company code of conduct.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or experience accepted in lieu of education
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a corporate setting
  • Energy/Cleantech industry knowledge or interest preferred
  • Must be organized, dependable, reliable, and punctual, and have a professional demeanor
  • Must be comfortable and interested in working with numbers
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
