Frontier Natural Products Co-op is a rapidly growing natural and organic products company.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional for our Aura Cacia brand at our plant in Urbana, Iowa, located just 20 minutes north of Cedar Rapids.
Responsibilities:
This person will develop strategic direction and annual plans for personal care products, including essential oils. Other duties will include the following: identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and overseeing marketing programs, performing market research, working closely with sales to ensure anticipated growth, analyzing sales and profitability, coordinating trade and consumer activities, as well as other marketing duties that will support growth and development.
Qualifications:
Requires a MBA in marketing or related field and 3 to 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Brand management experience in personal care products preferred. Also requires excellent communication skills, including effective and persuasive presentation abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, and excellent analytical skills with the ability to comprehend financial principles. Occasional travel is likely.
