Position Overview:
Immediate opening for a Senior Interior Architect Designer/Director with a minimum of 7 years experience in Commercial and Institutional Interiors. Applicant should have established skills and experience in:
- Programming, space planning, and project budgeting;
- Furniture systems and specifications;
- Construction documentation and millwork details;
- Building codes and life safety issues;
- Proposal and contract development;
- Client marketing, contact, and retention;
- Team leadership.
Qualifications:
Applicant must have positive and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Architecture or Interior Design degree required. MS (Microsoft) Office and AutoCAD experience required. Architectural license required. LEED accreditation and/or experience in Sustainable Green Design highly preferred.
