Columbia River PUD is a progressive, financially sound rural utility with a well maintained electrical system and excellent benefits. The utility serves 18,000 customers with state of the art technology including TWACS, SCADA and GIS systems. Qualifications:
The incumbent will possess strong customer service and sales skills. This position will develop, implement and coordinate energy-related programs, products and services for residential customers and will serve as the primary point of contact for those customers.
This position requires demonstrated knowledge normally acquired through an Associate's degree in Marketing, Energy or other relevant field, or 6 years combined experience in customer service, marketing, sales and energy related positions. Applicant must demonstrate strong communication and project management skills, proficiency in reading blueprints and technical manuals and references, and the ability to work cooperatively with a multi-disciplinary staff to develop and implement work plans, accomplish department goals and manage the work of contractors.
Applicant must be skilled in the use of computers for report writing; energy analysis and modeling; spreadsheets, database and word processing applications utilizing data from engineering reports; energy use monitoring and testing; and evaluating schedules of equipment operations.
Compensation: Salary: $4,429 to $5,592
