LPA, Inc. is a California-based multi-disciplinary firm that provides sustainable design services for K-12, higher education, civic, corporate and developer buildings. LPA provides an integrated suite of architectural, engineering, planning, interiors, landscape, and graphics services with a firm-wide focus on sustainable design.
LPA has completed and is designing numerous LEED, CHPS, and award-winning green building projects, and over 70% of our professional staff are LEED Accredited Professionals.
LPA is seeking mechanical/plumbing engineers and design professionals at all levels of industry experience with a broad cross section of skills and talents necessary for the proper execution of design documents.
Responsibilities include integrating with LPA project teams in preparing schematic design, design development and construction documents. Prepare calculations, narratives, graphics, and design documents as required throughout the development of the mechanical/plumbing design of assigned projects.
Demonstrated creativity, knowledge of sustainable design issues, experience with Revit, and achievement of CIPE, CPD, EIT, PE, or LEED AP are each a plus.
