PSE's Business Energy Management Department is looking for two EES Program Managers to join their team.

Responsibilities:
This role will provide support to the Resource Conservation Manager (RCM) Program, which includes direct customer support in the development of energy resource plans, training in RCM techniques, creation of RCM manuals and checklists, and customer on-site technical support in resource efficiency.
You will be providing educational communications concerning the Resource Conservation Manager Program's role within the company to internal and external audiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to not only develop and implement financial and strategic plans, but also work on developing materials to help educate our customers in conservation and efficiency. This will involve the evaluation and implementation of an appropriate marketing mix for program campaigns, including events, print advertising, direct mail, web content, public/media relations and other marketing and promotional opportunities as needed.
You will work closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and other applicable departments to develop program materials. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with outside constituents to gain awareness, participation and support of program/initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Knowledge of accounting, finance, and/or mathematics principles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications.
- Experience in managing projects, energy efficiency and resource management programs.
- Development of program and marketing materials.
- Proven customer service.
Desired:
- Experience working in the utility industry.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of commercial customer end-uses and energy efficiency strategies.
