HIP serves corporations using our proprietary methodology to realize sustainable, profitable growth and inspired employees. HIP helps investors to achieve profit as well as human, social and environmental benefits across all asset classes.

The HIP Scorecard is published in leading business journals - and HIP provides expert insights to media for stories on sustainability.

Position Overview:

HIP Investor is seeking 1 - 2 talented individuals to help us apply our innovative framework and analyze leading companies to create online HIP Portfolios available for investors – the first offering of its kind! To be launched in Fall 2009, these portfolios will include companies from leading indices and compete against traditional investments standards with a focus on sustainable, profitable growth instead of traditional weightings based on market cap.

  • Demonstrated interest in social measurement tools and outcomes
  • Ability to participate in phone and live interviews with senior executives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
