Commissioning Engineer/ Project Manager

The Stone House Group is a facility consulting firm based out of Bethlehem, PA that provides institutions with leadership and support in the areas of commissioning, operations, energy management, capital project management, environmental support and strategic master planning.

The Stone House Group is looking for a team oriented professional with a strong mechanical aptitude who wants to join a growing and dynamic company.  Responsibilities will primarily be for commissioning services, however breadth may extend to energy management and other skills utilizing knowledge of HVAC systems.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conduct design reviews at various stages throughout building design
• Review submittals in accordance with the design intent
• Perform installation inspections as sites are under construction
• Test HVAC equipment and write test procedures and reports
• Write reports in accordance with LEED® requirements

Qualifications

• Technical MEP and HVAC expertise
• Leadership ability
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to interact with people at all levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Multi-tasking ability
• Proven ability to lead commissioning efforts from design through project completion
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• Engineering degree and LEED® accreditation preferred
