Job Description:
This key senior management position is central to IceStone's growth and success. The ideal candidate has a solid track record of success as a controller for a manufacturing company with $20-50 million in sales. This job requires the ability to design and launch an integrated enterprise management solution to oversee all aspects of manufacturing and accounting. Ideal candidate is also a driven, energetic, passionate and committed individual who welcomes problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating all accounting functions
- Financial reporting
- Managing budgets/cash
- Insurance & legal
- Creating cost saving programs & efficiencies
- Grants administration
- Overseeing accounting software
- Managing outside accountants
Qualifications:
- CPA or advanced finance degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong accounting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of organizational skill
- Strong IT experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Expertise in QuickBooks, MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint
