Energy Efficiency Analyst

Energy and environmental consulting firm located in Silver Spring, MD seeks a dynamic Analyst to work in support of energy efficiency programs. This associate is responsible for working with a team of professional staff members, in a busy work atmosphere, to carry out contract task assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Information research relating to energy use, technologies, and implementation.
• Create, update, and maintain databases (Excel and Access) including updating records, creating and running reports, etc.
• Provide administrative support including word processing, formatting, and editing letters, reports, etc.
• Organize and maintain department files including the contract deliverable files and back-up documentation.
• Interface with stakeholders.
• Support planning and developing technology transfer and outreach tasks.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

BS degree from a college and 0-2 year's work experience using the essential skills required. Knowledge of building energy modeling a plus. Must have outstanding computer skills in MS Excel or Access, and great communication skills.
