Position Overview
This position requires experience in land use planning, environmental analyses, and regulatory compliance. Proven project management and technical skills should include scope development, agency coordination, and implementation of projects addressing requirements of state power siting commissions; NEPA, Endangered Species Act, and National Historic Preservation Act compliance; and expert legal testimony.
Consulting experience and familiarity with using GIS in environmental resource assessment is critical. Responsibilities include project/staff management, proposal writing, client and agency coordination, supervision of fieldwork, and reporting. Demonstrated project administration and writing skills essential.
Candidates should have at least a Masters degree and several years of applicable experience.
