EMSI is seeking a junior - or mid-level professional with an architectural background and experience in computer-aided design for its Washington, D.C. office to support LEED projects as well as energy analysis for building projects.
The position involves work on multiple project types, ranging from commercial office to retail and residential developments.
Responsibilities include:
1. Project Support: assisting with LEED certification projects.
2. Energy Optimization Services: development of advanced building performance strategies (energy, daylighting, and sun-control) and energy simulation.
The candidate should have at least a Bachelors degree, with experience in the building sciences or architectural field.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
