4. FUNCTIONS:  Business development and general management
   
5. RESPONSIBILITIES:  The financial results and technical growth of the Company
   
6. DEPENDENCY:  Of the Madrid Office General Manager
   
7. AUTONOMY:  Organization and direction of the office
   
8. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:  More than 10 years experience in: Business development, General Engineering Management and Renewable Energy Sector: Solar: Parabolic Trough, PV, other, Biofuel and Wind.
   
9. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:  The candidate will be responsible for overall technical and financial management of projects, feasibility studies, risks assessment and advise on suitable renewable energy options and strategies, specially in parabolic trough solar power plants, PV, wind and Biofuels. Able to develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning with proven track record in renewable energy. 
   
10. EDUCATION:  The ideal candidate must have a degree in engineering, masters will be a plus.
    
11. OTHER:  Residence: After a stay in Madrid the residence will be located in the Bay Area with frequent trips through the States and occasionally to Madrid.
