Description

Organic Farm Marketing is focused on healthy dairy products that are better for consumers, cows, farm families and the planet.

Responsibilities

* Manage the sales across the country.
* Manages direct and broker sales team to achieve sales goals.
* Manages multiple markets and sales territories within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as necessary.
* Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short and long-term sales strategies.
* Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales volume. May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Exercises wide degree of creativity and latitude. Typically reports to top management.
* Assist in the Corporate Direction and is involved in key decisions.
* Liaison between headquarters and direct sales force, broker network, distributor network and over 4,000 retailers.
* Responsible for recommending strategies and programs to top management to meet sales and revenue goals.
* Relies on experience, judgment, and recommendations to top management to plan and accomplish goals.
* Manages independents, key accounts, and national accounts

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area, and/or at least 7 years of experience in the field.
