Natural Foods Sales Representative

Wilcox Farms is seeking a sales representative to focus primarily in the Natural Foods Segment. This position will play a vital role in helping the company develop the natural foods market for its new line of organic products.

Wilcox Farms is a family owned business that has been in operation for over ninety years. It is fast becoming one of the leading producers of organic dairy and egg products in the Pacific Northwest. Headquartered in Southern Pierce County in proximity to the foothills of Mount Rainer; the company has three separate farms located in close proximity to the Seattle and Portland market place. With multiple sustainability initiatives and local production, Wilcox farms is strategically positioned to become one of the leading local brands in the northwest. 

Ideal Candidates will have strong ties to the NW's natural food community along with the following qualifications to be considered: 

- 2+ years successful experience in the natural food industry, with solid relationships to store and buyer personnel in this specialized segment
- Position will be based in the Puget Sound Region, Prefer those currently residing in the Northwest and/or Seattle area.
- Proven experience in maintaining and building relationships with existing accounts, while aggressively developing new business
- Demonstrated ability to build business from the ground up
- Proven track record in managing and developing the natural foods segment, including key account holders, distributors and brokers
- Solid understanding of supply chain related to natural foods channel
- Must be able to commit to a limited travel schedule
