Description

Do you have experience with group facilitation, volunteer leadership, experiential education, or gardening? Our team of Portland-area AmeriCorps members serving on resource conservation and gardening projects needs a leader to support them!

Individual Placement Team Leaders assist Lower Columbia Center staff in supporting the program, members and their projects. Leaders serve as liaison between staff and members, playing a major role in program communication, development and evaluation. Using the LCC office as a base, the IP Leader coordinates an established team of 13 members who are serving on similar projects related to resource conservation and gardening, throughout the community. 

Position starts March 22. Benefits include a monthly stipend of $1253, health insurance, loan forbearance, child care allowance, a $2362.50 education award, and many training opportunities.
