Description
Image conscious, high growth, eco-technology design company seeks accomplished VP of Sales to help build sales team. The VP Sales position will report to the CEO, will be a critical part of the executive team, and will have significant interaction with other key leaders in the company.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility for this position is to drive new account revenue for the company. The successful candidate will be required to personally sell, refine and implement sales processes, to build a pipeline, close deals and build a sales team that will yield profitable revenue growth.

* Develop and maintain, local, regional and national accounts through inside and outside sales efforts.
* Build and manage company sales team and network of sales rep organizations.
* Create sales target lists and identify appropriate decision makers.
* Build and qualify sales pipeline through lead generation and cold calling of new prospects.
* Upsell existing customer base.
* Provide activity reports regarding account prospecting, customer cultivation and deal closure.
