Description
Milian, Swain & Associates has been a local leader in environmental science, civil engineering, and utility management for over 16 years.
Candidates must be proficient in technical and report writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point is required. The successful candidate will assist senior scientists and engineers with preparation of NEPA documentation, Environmental Assessments, Audits, technical reports and State and Federal permit applications relating to upland aquatic, coastal and marine ecosystems.
Experience with NEPA emphasizing HRTW, socioeconomic, and public involvement is preferred. A working knowledge of environmental permitting as related to land development and civil engineering projects is required.
Project cost estimation experience using the USACE MCACES Gold Version 5.30 is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed for this position.
