Rails-to-Trails Conservancy is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting people and communities by creating a nationwide network of public trails, from former rail lines and connecting corridors.
We seek a Development & Communications Manager for the Western Regional Office (in San Francisco) to support our trail planning efforts.
PRIMARY Duties: for the first year 65-75% foundation, corporate and individual fundraising; some media work.
Qualifications: BA/BS degree, three years successful fundraising, donor cultivation, proposal writing or related experience.
