Description
Wildwood, a Mass Audubon camp located in beautiful southern NH, offers opportunity to join a fun, dedicated staff team. Facilities include 1000+ acres wilderness conservation land & hiking trails, private waterfront, kayaking & sailing, high/low ropes course, organic garden, lakefront lodge + more.
Responsibilities: Live with & care for campers. Teach environmental education classes which may include: Eco-system Exploration, Wetland Ecology, Kayaking & Sailing, Crafts, Outdoor Cooking, Low Impact Camping & Hiking, Nature Writing, Habitat Homes, Dragonfly Discovery, Leadership Skills, High Ropes Course, etc.
Qualifications: Current 1st Aid & CPR. Experience working with children in an outdoor setting, interest in teaching & learning about environment. Prefer applicants with college-level study in biology, natural history, environmental sciences, conservation, education.
