POSITION TITLE - Utility Partnership and Green Certificates Program Assistant/Intern

3 Phases Energy Services is a national leader in retail of renewable energy. We provide solutions for businesses, utilities, government agencies, universities and residents, nationwide to support renewable power in an effort to become more environmentally sustainable.

We are looking for an energetic, dependable and detail oriented individual to join our team in the San Francisco office part time as a summer internship. 

ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist in office administrative and office setup projects as required. Marketing, including assembling new customer welcome packets, corporate proposals, press kits, and conference and tradeshow logistics support. Perform general office upkeep duties, manage photocopying, faxing, incoming and outgoing mailing (Fed Ex, UPS, US mail, etc). Using Photoshop, make graphical changes to current marketing materials (if knowledgeable). Website changes in HTML (if knowledgeable). Attend our Utility Partnership Events. 

INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS - Research and create 3 Phases' fall newsletter. Research nationwide utility green pricing programs and prospective utility targets. Informational interviews with 3 Phases Staff and others in the renewable energy field (when possible). Additional reading regarding the renewable energy field. 

REQUIRED SKILLS - Demonstration of basic clerical/administrative skills. Well-organized. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Internet research skills. Attention to detail and quality. Professional communication skills- listening, verbal & written. Ability to multitask and problem solve. Follow up on ongoing projects. Desire to learn and take on new tasks. Good time management skills. Positive team-oriented attitude. Enthusiastic. Knowledge of Photoshop and HTML a plus but not required. 

This is a part-time position for an individual interested in the renewable energy field. This position will include a small stipend.
