Description

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for overseeing LTA's membership programs: Sponsor Membership, Affiliate Membership, and Corporate Membership.

This includes producing timely and accurate renewals, several acquisition mailings throughout the year, timely acknowledgement letters, and maintaining accurate donor records in the database.

The incumbent also administers the insurance program, works with Sponsor members on the adoption of Standards & Practices, enters development gifts and membership dues into the database and prepares acknowledgements for both individual and organizational members.

As needed, the incumbent assists the Director of Foundations and the Grant Writer with proposals, reports, research, etc.
