Small sunny penthouse office in midtown Manhattan.

  • Architectural and/or engineering background, knowledge of LEED, strong communications skills required.
  • Research energy efficiency, IAQ, materials, alternative energy, water issues and technology.
  • Assist project teams in the development of green specifications and construction plans.
