Description
INFORM, Inc., a national not-for-profit environmental research and education organization, is seeking a Director of Development to oversee the Development planning process at INFORM, involving foundation, government, corporate and individual sources of support, to design and implement the strategies for INFORMs Individual Donor program, and to track and report progress.
Qualifications:
The candidate we seek should have 3-5 years experience as a Development Director or Director of a major donor program. The candidate should have a strong commitment to environmental issues, the ability to think strategically, to inspire Board and staff members to work as a team in pursuit of INFORMs fundraising goals, to make complex environmental issues and INFORMs solution-focused research accessible and compelling to our donors, and must have excellent writing, communications and organizational skills, and experience with Raisers Edge software.
Salary will be based on experience, and includes generous benefits.
