The company provides private-labeled and co-branded web content/analysis tools to nearly 50 major energy partners. As we continue to grow our client base, we are looking to add a Software Product Manager/Asst. Manager- Energy Analysis to our team to help us manage and develop our consumer and business products to analyze energy bills and take action to reduce energy use.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate business and energy modeling requirements for new energy analysis tools that meet the needs of the end consumer and our clients.

Manage the updating, enhancement and bug fixes of assigned product modules.
Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of software developers, QA and UI personnel in delivering exceptional product that meets customer/client needs.

Work with client project managers in meeting client requests for product updates or customizations.
*
Work with other Software Product Managers in coordinating the development of related product modules.
The ideal Software Product Manager/Assistant Manager candidate will possess strong energy experience in residential energy analysis or auditing; energy modeling; and/or customer relationship management/billing. The position will also need depth of experience in software/internet development focused on consumers as well as exceptional project management skills.
Job Requirements:

4-6 years of relevant experience
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree

Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams
*
Strong communication and writing skills
*
Sound business and leadership skills
*
Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative
