Field Education Intern

The Field Education Intern will assist CFI?s Education and Outreach Manager with various duties including, but not limited to coordination of CFI?s Peak Steward Program, Leaving No Trace on Colorado?s Fourteeners presentations, and administrative tasks. Intern will devote considerable field time to the Peak Steward Program. Applicants for this internship must have a background in natural resources or environmental studies, love the mountains, be in good physical condition and comfortable interacting with the general public. Intern will attend CFI?s professional crew and Peak Steward trainings. Wilderness First Aid is required. Personal vehicle required. This position involves extensive field time and weekend work.
